Helena founded Lumara in 2019 with one clear conviction: that the future of beauty would be cellular. After years in the conventional injectables space, she grew frustrated with a market that reached for filler as the answer to every concern, and opened a clinic built instead around regenerative science.
How she practises
Helena is a GMC-registered doctor who treats restraint as a clinical position, not a marketing one. She turns down treatments more often than she adds them, maps every face before she touches it, and measures results honestly with before-and-after imaging at the points that actually matter.
What she believes
That skin does not need to be re-finished so much as re-instructed. That a clinic's refusals tell you as much as its menu. And that the clients worth keeping are the ones who want to look like themselves, well-rested, rather than visibly treated.
She leads every new client's first consultation personally.
