Research & citations
We would rather show our working than ask you to take regeneration on faith.
How we read the evidence
Regenerative aesthetics is a young field, and the quality of evidence varies enormously. We weight peer-reviewed clinical studies above manufacturer literature, and we treat single-clinic testimonials as the weakest form of evidence, including our own.
What the literature supports
There is good evidence for microneedling as a delivery method, for polynucleotides in skin quality, and for platelet-rich plasma in both skin and hair. The evidence for topical exosome therapy is promising and growing; we present it as such, not as settled fact.
What we are waiting on
We hold back from treatments where the evidence has not yet caught up with the marketing, injectable exosomes chief among them. When good data arrives, we will revisit.
