Wellness & IV.

Vitamin and mineral infusions designed to support clinical protocols — not as a replacement for nutrition, sleep or specialist medical care.

A client receives a medically supervised intravenous infusion.

How we approach wellness & iv

A clinical philosophy, not a menu.

IV therapy is an adjunct, not a hero. Our drips are formulated to support the regenerative work we do in the treatment rooms upstairs — not as a stand-alone wellness ritual.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A fifteen to thirty minute conversation, in person or by video. We map the concern, take baseline imaging where useful, discuss what is realistic, and explain what we would and would not recommend, and why.

  2. 02

    Bespoke protocol

Every protocol is calibrated to the individual: depth, product choice, sequencing. The plan is documented so the same standard is delivered at every session, by the same practitioner.

  3. 03

    Continuing care

We follow up at the meaningful comparison point, usually four to six weeks for regenerative work and two weeks for injectables. We re-image, adjust, and agree the maintenance cadence on your timetable.

Frequently asked

Wellness & IV, in plain English.

How does an IV drip actually help?

Intravenous infusions deliver nutrients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the absorption losses of the digestive tract. For clients with documented deficiencies, or to support recovery after illness or intensive regenerative protocols, the bioavailability advantage is meaningful. For clients with a well-balanced diet and no deficiencies, the benefit is more modest, and we will say so.

Who administers the drip?

All IV treatments at Lumara are administered by a registered medical professional in a clinical setting at 20 Welbeck Street. We do not deliver IV therapy at home, in hotels, or in any environment that is not properly equipped to manage a rare adverse reaction.

Will an IV give me 'a glow'?

The instant-glow language belongs to a category of clinics we do not particularly resemble. A well-formulated drip can support hydration and nutrient status, which over time can contribute to skin and energy quality. It is not a one-session aesthetic transformation, and any clinic that promises one is overselling.

Is this a replacement for blood tests with my GP?

No. We are not a longevity clinic and we do not replace specialist medical care. If you suspect a nutritional deficiency, an underlying health condition or a hormonal imbalance, please see your GP or a longevity-medicine specialist. We are happy to support a treatment plan once you have one.
