What is the Glow IV Drip?
The Glow IV Drip is a vitamin and mineral infusion delivered directly into the bloodstream, formulated to support hydration and nutrient status. We offer it as an adjunct to the regenerative work we do upstairs, not as a stand-alone aesthetic treatment. There is no single infusion that resurfaces skin or reverses ageing, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Where it helps is the substrate: well-hydrated, well-nourished skin responds better to regenerative protocols and holds its results more comfortably. For clients with a documented deficiency, or recovering from illness or an intensive course, the bioavailability of an intravenous route is genuinely useful.
How it works
A registered medical professional places a fine cannula and delivers the infusion over roughly 45 to 60 minutes in a treatment chair at 20 Welbeck Street. The formulation combines fluids with a blend of vitamins and minerals selected to support hydration and skin health. Because the nutrients bypass the digestive tract, absorption losses are lower than with oral supplements.
Who it's for
Clients who want to support their skin and energy alongside an active regenerative protocol, who are recovering from a period of illness or travel, or who have a confirmed deficiency they are addressing under medical guidance. It is not the right choice for a client with a balanced diet and no deficiency seeking a dramatic single-session change, and we will say so honestly at consultation.
The Lumara protocol
We do not bundle wellness drips into treatment packages by default. Where a drip would genuinely support your regenerative course, we will recommend a specific formulation and timing. Every infusion is administered in clinic by a registered medical professional, never at home or in a hotel.
Aftercare
Stay hydrated for the rest of the day and eat normally. There is no downtime; most clients return to work straight afterwards. Mild bruising at the cannula site is occasionally seen and settles within a few days.
Frequently asked
Glow IV Drip, in plain English.
Will a Glow drip give me an instant glow?
The instant-glow language belongs to a category of clinics we don't particularly resemble. A well-formulated drip supports hydration and nutrient status, which over time can contribute to skin quality. It is not a one-session transformation, and any clinic promising one is overselling.
Who administers the drip?
Every IV treatment at Lumara is administered by a registered medical professional in our clinic at 20 Welbeck Street. We do not deliver IV therapy at home, in hotels, or in any setting that isn't equipped to manage a rare adverse reaction.
Is this a replacement for blood tests with my GP?
No. We are not a longevity clinic and we do not replace specialist medical care. If you suspect a deficiency or an underlying condition, please see your GP. We are happy to support a plan once you have one.
