How we approach aesthetic injectables
A clinical philosophy, not a menu.
We are an injectables clinic that does not chase volume. The clients we keep are the ones who walk out looking like themselves, well-rested. That bias toward restraint is not a marketing position — it is the reason some treatments we will not perform at all.

Consultation
A fifteen to thirty minute conversation, in person or by video. We map the concern, take baseline imaging where useful, discuss what is realistic, and explain what we would and would not recommend, and why.

Bespoke protocol
Every protocol is calibrated to the individual: depth, product choice, sequencing. The plan is documented so the same standard is delivered at every session, by the same practitioner.

Continuing care
We follow up at the meaningful comparison point, usually four to six weeks for regenerative work and two weeks for injectables. We re-image, adjust, and agree the maintenance cadence on your timetable.

Why do you talk so much about saying no?
Because the single biggest determinant of how a client looks ten years into their injectables relationship is not the product, it is the practitioner's willingness to recommend less. The faces we are happiest with are the ones where we did the smallest intervention that delivered the change. We will not over-fill, we will not chase volume, and we will not perform treatments we do not believe are right for your face.
Will it look obvious?
Done conservatively, by a doctor, on the right face: no. The most common feedback our clients receive is that they look well-rested rather than treated. The over-filled, frozen aesthetic that has come to dominate Instagram is the result of a particular style of injecting; it is not the inevitable consequence of having any injectable at all.
Is hyaluronic acid filler reversible?
Yes. Every hyaluronic acid filler we use is fully reversible with hyaluronidase, typically within a single session. If you do not like the result, if there is a vascular concern, or if life simply moves on, the filler can be dissolved. Permanent fillers cannot be, which is one of several reasons we do not use them.
What about the safety of nose filler specifically?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is the highest-stakes procedure in non-surgical aesthetics; the nasal blood supply is delicate and the consequences of imprecise placement can be serious. We perform it doctor-led only, we carry the full vascular occlusion protocol including hyaluronidase on every appointment, and we will not delegate it. You should ask any clinic, anywhere, the same questions before booking.
Are you trained to dissolve filler placed elsewhere?
Yes. If you have filler placed by another practitioner that has migrated, settled badly, or that you simply want gone, we are happy to assess and treat. We carry the appropriate emergency dissolving protocol on every shift, and a number of our consultations begin with this conversation.
Can I have injectables if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. We do not perform Botox, dermal filler or any injectable treatment during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We are happy to keep your records and resume once you are ready.
